Beautiful Saigon is an extremely good hotel, the location is ideal for those wanting easy access to the markets, and shopping available in district 1. Hotel staff are polite and always there for assistance as they all speak English well. I would recommend Beautiful Saigon to my friends and family.
Very little water pressure coming out of the shower. We found it very hard to wash our hair, and even ourselves.

Modest venue, with lovely pool and top location next to the bar street. Fashionable and neat rooms with separate bathrooms and an electric kettle and a refrigerator...

The room I booked here was affordable and had a nice street view, plus the location was perfect, just a short walk to Minh Anh Art Gallery. Rewritten: the room I got here was affordable and had a nice view, plus the location was perfect, just a short walk to Minh Anh Art Gallery.

All was good, the staff were amazing. The receptionist and the person running the travel services were incredibly friendly and helpful and happy to just chat (even though I didn't use their travel service). I had a bad back and wanted a massage, a dodgy thing to do, and they were happy to point me in the direction of a reputable massage place. I'm travelling for 3 months from Singapore to UK by rail stopping of along the way. My $30 room was a bit of luxury after Cambodia and the trains I've been using. So not backpacker prices, but really good. Interesting guests to talk to over breakfast as well. My room was comfortable and quiet, though from reading other posts I decided to take the room without a window to keep any possible noise down.
There is nothing that I did not like about the hotel, and I am happy to write things I don't like in these reviews.

Friendly staff, centrally located in the heart of the backpackers district.
The hotel is close to two very loud nightclubs which can be heard in the rooms until 3am

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with tidy bathrooms and hot showers with good water pressure. The hotel's location was ideal, not far from the main tourist area but close to the Skytrain, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of shops conveniently located just around the corner on the main road. Additionally, the rooftop swimming pool was a great bonus for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
One drawback was that some rooms did not have an outside window, which may not be ideal for some guests. Also, being located in a busy party and backpacker street meant that it could get noisy, especially at night when bars played loud music.

I was very surprised to find such a clean and fully furnished room for this price, free water/tea/coffe, free wifi, good tv and cable. The breakfast is not a buffet but you can order whatever you want. The staff is very nice and smiling.
I don't have any serious negative point but if I have to say something, maybe the room is a bit small and the roosters around are a bit noisy around morning.

The location, the confort,
The surrounding is too noisy, impossible each of the 4 nights the music creates problems till 5h00 in the morning. Its will kill the business of a quiet place. I lost 2 beautifull T shirts from the return of the laudry offer by the hotel. I complaint but my problem seem not interested the personnel at the counter, not acceptable.

Location is great and in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh. Bars, restaurants and convenience stores are at your doorstep. Hotel has an elevator so you won't need to carry your luggage up the stairs (a bit of a luxury in Vietnam). Staff were friendly and even prepared and packaged breakfast for us upon check out, as we left before breakfast was served.
Noise from the nightclubs/bars can go all night long, but leave on your aircon and tv and it will block out the thumping music. We had no problems sleeping.

A nice hotel smack bang in the centre of the backpacker district, friendly staff, decent breakfast and hot water if you shower early enough in the evening! No problems with noise in our room as we were at the back. Efficient laundry service.
Room was a bit small but not a huge issue.
